PHONE ORDERS:
Please complete your sale online. You will be given an option to pay with credit card via fax/phone. Select this option then call your order in to us.
MAIL:
Please complete your sale online. You will be given an option to pay by mail. Please print out your sales order, then mail with payment.
FAX:
Please complete your sale online. You will be given an option to pay with credit card via fax. Select this option then follow the instructions on your sales order.

SHIPPING:
Some books are shipped within two days, while others, depending on stock availability, may require about two weeks.
Ship Rates:
US & Canada: $5.25 for the first book, $2.50 for each addt'l book.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada: $7.00 for the first book, $3.75 for ea. addt'l book.
Shipping to all other locations will be calculated based upon the UPS online shipping system.
